Payments
must be made in full 30 days
prior to check-in date.
Guest shall not be entitled to
possession unless all monies
due are paid to Owner. Any checks
returned
to Owner's bank will not be re-deposited.
Guest will be notified of the
amount to be sent which will
include a
$30.00 fee and will have 72 hours
to replace the check with a certified check or the
reservation will be immediately
cancelled.
Cancellations
:
There
will be a $100.00 fee for all
cancelled reservations. Please
give as much notice as possible
so we may attempt to re-rent
the property. If we are unable
to re-rent the unit, the
cost of the rent will be forfeited.
All cancellations must be in
writing.
Security
Deposit :
A
$500.00 security deposit is
required no later than 30 days
prior to arrival. For rentals
greater
than two weeks a $1,000.00 security
deposit is required no later
than 60
days prior to arrival. The security
deposit will be processed within
30 days
of check-out and will be returned
to guest less any costs for repairs
or
damages or excessive housekeeping
charges, if property is not left
as
required.
Parties
:
Loud
parties are not permitted
in our home. We reserve the
right
to terminate occupancy without
refund should this occur.
Any clean up or damage will
be
charged to the guest.
Pets
:
Tenants
are subject to immediate eviction
without refund if pets are
found on the premises. Disregarding
this portion of the contract
will result in forfeiture of
your security deposit and charges
for cleanup.
